Our office is at F-41 in Moti Bagh - I, which is a fairly nice part of New Delhi. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as chaotic as the main markets. We have a small sign out front, but it’s easy to miss if you’re not looking for it. Inside, it’s just a few rooms filled with desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and going over the day's work. The floors are plain tile, and we have a couple of plants in the corner that we sometimes forget to water. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have any corporate manuals or big meetings; we just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just sit by the window and wait for it to come back on. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get our tasks finished on time. We like being in Moti Bagh because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live and work. There’s no pretense here, just a group of people doing their jobs in a quiet office. We usually lock up around six and head home like everyone else on the block. The neighbors are friendly, and it’s a good place to be based.
