R L Aggarwal is based at 111 in Munirka. It’s a fairly small setup in a part of Delhi that’s always packed with people. Our office is right in the middle of the residential and commercial mix that Munirka is known for. We’ve been here for years, and most of our neighbors know us by name. The space is pretty simple, with just enough room for our desks and a place for visitors to sit. We handle a lot of local business and paperwork for the people in the area. It can get pretty noisy outside with the traffic and the street vendors, but inside we just focus on our tasks. There’s no big staff here, just a couple of us who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past our door. We keep everything very basic and don't try to be something we’re not. Most of our day is spent dealing with small details and making sure the records are correct. It’s a steady job and we like the pace of the neighborhood. Sometimes we have tea with the shopkeeper next door when things are slow. It’s just a normal, local business serving the community in our own way. We aren't trying to expand into a big company; we just like our little spot.
