You can find us on the third floor at C-312 in Sector 22, Noida. Even though the name says R H P L Kota, we have been based here in Uttar Pradesh for a while now. The office is a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working right, but it keeps us moving. Sector 22 is a busy area and there is always some construction or noise outside the window. Inside it is mostly quiet with a few computers humming all day. We do a lot of coordination from here. The 201301 pin code is where most of our mail goes. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat at the desk because there isn't much time to go out once the work starts piling up. We have a small balcony where we keep some plants, but they struggle a bit in the Noida heat and dust. People often ask why we kept the Kota name, and it’s just because that’s where we started. It doesn't really matter as long as the work gets done correctly. My desk is usually covered in folders and sticky notes because I forget things if I don't write them down. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish our tasks and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a standard office life but we make it work for us and the people we help.
