You can find us at House No. B-169 in Qutub Vihar. We decided to run our exim business from here because it is a bit more personal than a big office block. We do a lot of work involving exports and imports, which means our phones are almost always ringing. It is a lot of coordination between different parties to make sure everything moves smoothly. We don't have a big staff, so we end up doing a bit of everything ourselves. One day we might be looking at contracts and the next day we are checking on cargo at the warehouse. Qutub Vihar is a decent neighborhood and it is quiet enough for us to focus on our tasks. We aren't interested in looking like a giant company with a hundred employees. We like being a small outfit where we know exactly what is going on with every single order. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting a flat tire or a system going down, but we just handle it as it comes. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound like we are something we are not. It is just an honest business run by people who know the trade. We have built some good relationships over the years just by being regular and reliable. It is not a flashy life, but it is a good one for us.
