Pushpanjali Traders

Pushpanjali Traders is located in Sector-8, Rohini, specifically at F-17/165. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so it feels quite lived-in. We have a modest setup where we deal with various goods. Mostly, our days are filled with taking calls and checking what’s in stock. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. People usually know us from word of mouth. The space we have is a bit cramped because of all the boxes, but we know where everything is. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get busy. We spend a lot of time just sorting through items and making sure the deliveries are ready for the morning. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things around. Sometimes we lose a pen or a notebook in the mess, but we find it eventually. The neighbors are nice, and we often chat with them during breaks. We've been here for a while and don't plan on moving. It’s a convenient spot for us. We don't really do anything fancy in terms of technology, just a basic computer and a lot of hand-written notes. It works for the way we do things. We just try to be fair and get the job done without too much fuss. Every day is a bit different depending on what people are looking for. We usually stay open until the last order is packed for the evening to make sure it's ready.
