We are based out of New Delhi, right in the thick of everything. Our office is in one of those older buildings that has seen a lot of history. It’s not a modern glass tower with a shiny lobby, but it has its own sort of charm. The stairs are a bit steep, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s our space and we’ve made it work. Inside, it’s a typical busy office. We have desks piled with papers, computers that hum all day, and a lot of cables running across the floor. It’s not the most polished environment, but we are productive. The noise from the Delhi streets is always there, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We are a small team, and most of us have been here for a long time. There’s no corporate hierarchy to speak of; we just all pitch in and do what needs to be done. We don’t have a big canteen, so we usually just bring our own lunch or get something from the street vendors nearby. It’s a very simple, everyday kind of operation. We don’t spend time on fancy brochures or marketing ourselves. We just focus on the work that’s right in front of us. Some days are loud and hectic, and others are a bit more quiet, but that’s just how it goes in this city. We just keep moving forward with the daily grind.
