You can find us at Victoria House on Saraswati Marg, right across from Hotel Clark International. Our office is number 304 on Plot No 4/64-65. It is a busy street, but once you get up to the third floor, it is usually quiet enough to get some work done. We are Progeny Partners Llp, and we basically help other businesses with their planning and partnerships. We are just a small group of partners who decided to start our own thing after working in larger offices for years. We prefer this smaller setup because we can actually talk to our clients without all the corporate layers in the way. Our office is full of books, papers, and half-empty tea cups. It is not the most polished place, but it shows that we are actually working. Sometimes the building's elevator is out of service, so we have to walk up the three flights of stairs, which we joke is our exercise for the day. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby. When you come to see us, you just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. We spend most of our time looking over documents and trying to find practical ways to solve problems for the people we work with. It is a simple operation based on honest communication and doing the work we promised to do. We like the location because it is easy for people to find us.
