Prodegy Ias (Opc) Private Limited operates out of the Signature View Apartments in North West Delhi. We are up on the 4th floor in unit I-403. Because it is an apartment complex, the atmosphere is a lot different than a typical commercial building. It is a bit more residential and feels a little more private. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, hence the name of the complex. The elevators sometimes take a while, so we end up waiting around talking quite a bit. Inside, we have converted the space into a working office for the IAS coaching and administrative tasks. It has a kitchen and a bathroom just like a regular flat, which actually makes it quite comfortable for long working hours. We have desks set up where the living room would usually be. It is not a corporate skyscraper, but it serves our needs perfectly fine. The 110009 area is full of students, and many of them live nearby in these same apartment blocks. It is a practical choice for us to be here. We don't go in for flashy advertising or big banners on the balcony. We just have a small nameplate. Most of the work is just studying, planning, and managing the daily schedule. It is a quiet, focused kind of place where people are generally trying to stay out of the heat and get their tasks done.
