Primus Ortho N Spine Hospital is situated at 2 Chandragupt Marg in the Chanakyapuri area. We deal with a lot of people who are having a hard time moving around. Whether it is a back issue or a broken bone, they come here looking for a bit of help. The building is older but it serves its purpose well. You won’t find any marble floors or gold-plated signs here. We just have sturdy floors that can handle all the wheelchairs and crutches passing over them every day. The smell of the clinic is something you get used to after a few days—just a mix of cleaning supplies and old paper. We spend most of our time helping patients get from the waiting room into the exam rooms, which can be slow going depending on how much pain they are in. The staff here is pretty down-to-earth. We talk about our own families and what we are having for dinner while we sort out the schedules and file away the medical reports. Chanakyapuri is a nice place to work because it is green and there are plenty of spots to sit outside for a minute when the sun isn't too hot. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a hospital for bones and spines, and we do the work that needs doing every single day without making a big fuss about it for anyone.
