PREMIER STRATEGY LLP

We set up Premier Strategy over in Shabad Apartment, Sector 13, Dwarka. We’re in Flat 353. It’s a regular apartment that we’ve used for our work for some time now. We do strategy work, which sounds more complicated than it really is. Mostly, we just sit with people and figure out their next steps. The society is quiet, which helps when we need to think. We don't have fancy office furniture. We use what we have. It’s a small group of us here. We don't do big marketing campaigns. Most people hear about us from someone else. We like keeping things on a smaller scale. It’s more personal that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Delhi. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just a normal place with normal people. We work hard, drink a lot of coffee, and try to get the strategy right. That’s really all there is to it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a calendar and a lot of notebooks. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking at a spreadsheet or checking some data. It’s not very glamorous, but it is real. We stay late most nights because we care about getting the details right. Sector 13 is a good home for us.
