Poonam Srivastav

Our location is Wz-1270 in Nangal Raya, which is right near the Arya Samaj Mandir in New Delhi. It is a very easy place to find once you get into the lane. I am Poonam Srivastav and I run this small business. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small shops and houses all mixed together. We work out of a small space that we’ve had for a long time. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes and files, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. There are no suits or formal meetings here. Most days we are just in our casual clothes getting through the work. The temple nearby means there’s always people walking around and a bit of noise, which we like. It feels alive. We have a very direct way of dealing with our work. If something is wrong, we fix it. We don't have a big marketing department. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or by just walking past. We try to be helpful to anyone who comes in. It’s a simple operation. We pay our bills, do our work, and keep moving forward. That is how it has always been for us here in 110046. We don't make big promises we can't keep, just do our daily tasks as best as we can.
