Pioneer Plus Academy Private Limited

You can find Pioneer Plus Academy Private Limited over in Munirka, right near the Bank of Baroda at the Vasant Plaza. We are on the upper ground floor of building D-211. It’s a very busy building with a lot of foot traffic throughout the day, especially since the bank is so close and everyone is always coming and going. We’ve been here in this part of South West Delhi for quite a while now. The space inside is mostly dedicated to the classrooms and a small area where we keep our teaching supplies and some extra chairs. It gets a bit noisy outside with the buses and the local market stalls, but once the heavy front door is shut, it’s mostly fine for working. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a few notes or maps pinned up with tape. We spend a lot of time just making sure the lights are working and the chairs are in the right place before the students arrive for the day. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the daily flow in a busy place like Munirka. We usually have the ceiling fans going full blast because the building stays quite warm in the afternoons. Most of us have been working together for years, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we don't worry too much about formalities. We don't do things the corporate way; we just focus on getting through the tasks.
