Pearford Education (Opc) Private Limited is situated in the basement of A-15 in Nizamuddin West. Working out of a basement in Delhi means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we appreciate. The area is quite famous and has a lot of history, so there are always people walking around the lanes of 110013. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some lights to keep it bright and enough space for our computers and a few chairs for visitors. It’s a one-person company mostly, so it doesn't get crowded unless we have several people over at once. The entrance is just off the main path. We handle a lot of the education paperwork and planning from here. Sometimes it gets a little damp when the monsoon hits, but we have a small heater and fans to keep the air moving. It’s not a fancy office with a view, but it serves its purpose for the work we do. We like being in Nizamuddin because there are good places to grab a quick bite to eat nearby. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a challenge. We just show up every day and get to work on whatever needs finishing. It’s a quiet, steady kind of place to run a business and we don't need much more than that.
