Starting out here at No. 433 Bhera Enclave in Paschim Vihar wasn't exactly what I planned years ago, but here we are. It’s a busy spot. Most mornings start with the sound of shutters opening up and down the street. We handle exports, which sounds fancy, but mostly it’s just us making sure boxes get where they need to go without getting stuck somewhere. The office isn't huge. We have desks piled with papers and some old chairs that probably need replacing soon. It gets pretty loud in Paschim Vihar during the day, especially with the traffic outside. People stop by for tea or to talk about shipping schedules. We don’t have any slick brochures or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just the team sitting around, checking emails and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. Sometimes things go wrong, like a shipment gets delayed or the weather messes things up, and we just have to sit there and figure it out. It’s honest work. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. Neighbors know us as the guys who are always loading something up. We don't spend much on decor because the work keeps us moving. If you walk past Bhera Enclave, you’ll likely see some of us standing outside during a break. It's just a regular local operation trying to keep things moving day by day. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just regular people working here.
