Pappu Paneer And Sweet (A Unit Of M.K.Milk Product

We started this little place in Sector 7, Noida a while back. It's mostly about the milk and making fresh paneer every single day. My name is on the sign but really, it’s a whole family effort under the M.K. Milk name. People know the shop at E 110. It’s not a fancy place. We wake up early to get things ready before the sun is even up. The paneer has to be soft and the sweets need to be fresh for the morning crowd. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the small space but we manage. We don’t have a website or big ads, just the regulars who come by for their daily needs. The floor is usually a bit wet from the cleaning and the milk cans are always being moved around. It's hard work, especially in the summers when the heat makes everything tougher. We just focus on getting the stock right. Noida has changed a lot since we opened here. There are big buildings now but our corner stays pretty much the same. We handle the milk products ourselves to make sure things are okay. If you walk past Sector 7, you can usually smell the sugar and the boiling milk. We don’t do much else, just sticking to what we know. It's just a simple dairy shop at the end of the day. There is no point in pretending to be anything else.
