Pankhuri Seeds Private Limited

This place is located in Rohini, specifically in Sector 1, Packet 3. We are on the second floor of House Number 43. It’s actually Ms. Sunita’s place, and her husband Uday Kumar is involved too. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate building. We handle seed distribution and logistics from here. Rohini is a crowded area, so there is always noise from the street, but once you’re up on the second floor, it’s a bit quieter. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones. Dealing with seeds means staying on top of the seasons. We don’t have a massive warehouse attached to this specific office, so it’s mostly about the administrative side of things. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of files. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so we don't move heavy stuff through here often. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We eat lunch together and talk about the business. It’s a simple setup. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. It’s just the way it goes. We like being in this part of Delhi because everything we need is close by. We are just a small team of folks working hard to keep things moving day after day.
