Paniit Institute Private Limited

We are over at 202, Nilgiri Apartments, which is right on Barakhamba Road in Connaught Place. Being in New Delhi-110001 means there is always something happening outside. Paniit Institute Private Limited has been based in this building for some time now. It’s one of those classic old Delhi apartment blocks that has been turned into office spaces. The hallways are a bit narrow and you have to wait for the lift sometimes, but the view of CP from the upper floors is okay. Inside our unit, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and bookshelves filled with manuals. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s a functional space where we get the work done. The team here is small. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby or bring stuff from home. Since we are in the heart of the city, getting here is easy for everyone, though parking is a nightmare. We focus on the daily tasks of running the institute. There’s always a phone ringing or someone typing away. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things organized, even if the filing cabinets are getting a bit full. It’s just a normal workplace with people who have been working together for a long time. We like the energy of Barakhamba Road, even if it’s noisy and crowded most of the time.
