If you ever walk through the Main Bazar in Paharganj, you might have seen our office. We are tucked away in office number 5068, right across from where Khanna Cinema used to be a major landmark. Paharganj is always a bit chaotic with all the tourists, rickshaws, and vendors shouting, but that’s the energy we work in every day at P B S Travel. We handle a lot of train tickets and bus bookings for people trying to see the rest of India. The office isn't very large, so it can get pretty cramped when a whole family comes in to plan their trip. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere and the smell of street food drifting in from the bazaar. We spend most of our time on the phone or staring at computer screens waiting for the booking portals to load. Sometimes the internet acts up right when we are in the middle of a booking, which is frustrating, but we manage. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how to get there cheap. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the noise level stays the same. It’s a busy life being in the middle of a travel hub like this. We just try to help folks get their tickets sorted so they can move on to their next destination.
