You can find us at 116 A Shivam Enclave in the Jhilmil area of Delhi. We go by the name Outsourse Partners International Pvt Ltd, though we mostly just think of ourselves as a small team doing our job. Jhilmil is an interesting place to work because it’s got that mix of residential and industrial vibes. Our office is in a building that’s been around for a bit, and we share the space with a few other businesses. We handle outsourcing work for people all over, which means we are often on different schedules depending on who we are helping that day. The office has a lot of desks pushed together and cables running along the floor for the internet. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We don't really have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, you’ll just hear the sound of keyboards and maybe a radio playing softly in the background. The tea stall right outside the enclave is where most of us spend our breaks, talking about anything except work. We’ve been at this address in Delhi for a good while now, and we’ve become part of the local scene. We don't do any big advertising or try to sound like a giant firm. We just focus on the partners we work with and make sure the daily tasks in Shivam Enclave get finished before we go home to our families.
