Organique Acres Llp

Our office is on the fifth floor, Flat 502, at 55 Madhuban in Nehru Place. It’s a busy tech hub, but we do something a bit different with Organique Acres Llp. We’re more about the land and growing things. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a decent view of the city traffic below. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for the few of us who work here. We spend a lot of time looking at farm reports and talking to growers. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure things are moving where they need to go. We have a lot of plants in the office, which helps it feel less like a typical Nehru Place workspace. It’s pretty laid back. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of the time, we’re just trying to sort out shipping issues or checking on product quality. The elevator in this building can be slow, so we’ve learned to be patient. We like being in South Delhi because it’s close to a lot of our partners. It’s a bit noisy with all the construction and people around, but we don't mind. We aren't a big firm with a lot of money to spend on fancy things. We just try to do our work well and stay organized. Sometimes we lose track of time when things get busy. It’s just how it goes here every day.
