Palms Exports

We are located at A-205 in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1, which is a place that never really stays quiet. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know how it is with the trucks and the dust and everyone rushing to get things done. Palms Exports is right in the middle of all that noise. Our space is mostly functional, filled with packing materials and stacks of stuff ready to go out. We don’t have much in the way of fancy office furniture. There is an old cooler that hums in the corner and some metal shelves that have seen better days. Every morning, the staff shows up and we start checking what needs to be moved. It's a lot of physical work, honestly. We spend a good chunk of the day on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to track where everything is going. The air smells like diesel and cardboard most days. We don't try to look like a big corporate firm because that isn't who we are. We are just people working in an industrial zone, making sure exports happen. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just deal with it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps the lights on. We’ve been here at A-205 for a while and we know the tea stall guy around the corner pretty well. It's just the way things are in this part of Delhi.
