Our small group works out of Sector D, Pocket 1 in Vasant Kunj. The address is 1284. It’s a quiet pocket of the neighborhood, which is good for focusing. Ocimum Management Solutions is the name on the door, though it’s just a small nameplate. We handle management stuff for various people and companies. It involves a lot of organizing and making sure things are where they should be. We aren't fancy people. We like to get in early, have some chai, and start on the list for the day. The office has a few plants that we try our best to keep alive. Some days we are more successful at that than others. Vasant Kunj is a big place but Sector D has its own feel. We’ve been here for a bit now. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing teams. Most of our work comes because someone told a friend about us. That’s how we prefer it anyway. It’s more personal that way. We use simple tools and basic software to get the job done. If something breaks, we usually try to fix it ourselves first. It’s just a small team of real people trying to make a living in New Delhi. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a clock to keep us on track throughout the week.
