Our place is at 17/180/F/F in Subhash Nagar. It’s a first-floor setup, which is pretty common for businesses around here in New Delhi. Nrgysnax Foods Private Limited is basically what it sounds like—we work with snacks and food items all day long. The neighborhood is always active, so there’s never a dull moment outside our window. Inside, it’s usually a bit of a mess of boxes and ingredients, especially when we’re in the middle of a big batch. We aren't some massive factory; we’re just a small group of people trying to make something people enjoy. A lot of our time is spent just making sure things are packed right and the quality is okay. We don't have a bunch of fancy machines to do everything for us, so there’s a lot of manual labor involved. Sometimes our backs ache by the end of the shift, but that’s just part of the deal. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We’re just regular people working in Subhash Nagar. We’ve had days where everything goes wrong, and days where it all works out perfectly. We just take it as it comes. If you live around here, you might have seen us moving crates or loading up vehicles. It’s a simple operation, but we put a lot of hours into it.
