You can find Saigaa Exports Inc. over at No. 6/270-A on Pradhan Marg, which is part of Nirankari Colony. It’s a pretty standard spot for a business like ours. We’ve got a small storefront and a back room where all the actual work happens. Most of the time, the floor is covered in bubble wrap and packing tape because we’re always getting things ready to ship out. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s just us, the owners, and a couple of helpers who know how to pack a crate properly. We do a lot of international trade, which means a lot of late nights and early mornings to catch people in other parts of the world. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and samples of things we’ve sent out over the years. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We don't really bother with trying to look like a huge corporation. We’re just a local business trying to do a good job so our clients keep coming back. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit around and wait for it to come back so we can finish the manifests. It’s just part of the routine here on Pradhan Marg. We’ve been in the neighborhood for a while and most of the local shopkeepers know us by name now.
