Shah Overseas

Shah Overseas is tucked away in Lane No. 17 of Brahumpuri, over in the New Seelampur area. We’re at O-46/1. This part of Delhi is always bustling, and there’s a lot of energy in the streets. We’ve been working from this spot for quite a while now. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren’t used to the local lanes, but it’s home for our business. Most of our work involves sourcing and managing shipments for people overseas. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't some high-rise company with a reception desk. It’s more of a hands-on environment where we’re often checking the quality of goods ourselves or sitting around the table figuring out shipping routes. The neighborhood is full of small businesses just like ours, so there’s a real sense of being part of the local economy. We deal with the usual problems like power cuts or narrow streets that make loading a bit tricky, but we’ve figured out how to make it work. It’s a very practical way of doing business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us, working hard every day to make sure our customers get what they asked for. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what we can do. It's a busy life in Seelampur, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and work.
