New Horizons

Our place is at 168-A in Vikrant Enclave, Mayapuri. New Horizons is run out of here, and it’s a bit of a personal setup since it’s connected to where Vinita Agarwal and the family are. Mayapuri can be quite an industrial and busy area, but Vikrant Enclave is a bit of a pocket away from the heaviest noise. We have been here in New Delhi for a while now. The office space is simple. It’s got the basic stuff like tables, chairs, and some shelves with old folders. We don't have a big staff or any fancy titles. Most days it’s just about keeping things moving and answering the mail or the phone. The address is easy enough to find once you get into the enclave, but sometimes delivery drivers get lost. We don’t spend money on big signs or advertising. People mostly find us through word of mouth or if they already know the family. It feels very much like a local neighborhood business. There’s a bit of a garden area outside that’s nice when the weather isn’t too dusty. Inside, things are functional. We have a routine that we stick to, starting early and finishing when the work is done. It’s not like those modern startups with bean bags and fancy machines; it’s just a regular room where we do our business. It’s been this way for years and it suits us just fine. We just handle the daily tasks as they come.
