Hira Khan Creations

If you’re ever walking near the Gurudwara in New Friends Colony, you’ll find Hira Khan Creations right there. It’s a nice enough spot, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare on certain days. We spend a lot of time here working on different things. It’s not a huge place, just a simple room where we put everything together. Sometimes the floor is covered in thread and scraps, but that’s just how it is when you’re actually making stuff. We don’t have a big staff or anything like that. It’s just a few of us. We know a lot of the people who live around New Friends Colony because they walk past every day. The Gurudwara is a good landmark for people who haven't been here before. We don't use any fancy machines, mostly just doing things by hand. It takes longer that way, but we don't mind. The tea stall nearby keeps us going in the afternoons. We aren't trying to be some big brand you see in the malls. We're just Hira Khan Creations, tucked away in our little corner of the colony. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the fan going full blast. People come in, look at what we've made, and we chat for a bit. It’s a quiet life, mostly, and we like it that way. Just working and living near the Gurudwara, making things one day at a time.
