New Era Industries

You can find New Era Industries over in West Sagarpur, New Delhi. We are tucked away in Gali No. 3 at Rz-J-15/211. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everything is close together and the streets are always full of life. Our workshop isn't very big, but we manage to fit all our equipment in there. We make various items for the local market and sometimes for bigger orders that come from other parts of the city. The noise of the machines is pretty much constant from morning until evening. We’ve been in West Sagarpur for a while and we know most of the other shop owners on the street. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s a place where we actually make things. Sometimes the deliveries get delayed because the lane is so narrow, but we’ve learned how to deal with that over the years. We don't use fancy titles here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Whether it’s packing boxes or running the drills, we just get it done. It can be a bit dusty and cramped, but it’s our space and we’re proud of the work that comes out of it. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, people just call us or stop by the gate when they need something made. We keep it simple and keep moving forward every day. It's a small team but we are dedicated to the daily grind.
