We are up in New Delhi House on Barakhamba Road. Specifically, rooms 204 and 205. Being in this part of town means a lot of tall buildings and people in suits everywhere. But inside Ruthinium Dental Products Pvt. Ltd., it's a bit more relaxed. We deal with dental supplies. Think teeth molds and things dentists use. It’s a niche business. We spend our days on the phone or responding to emails from clinics. The office isn't massive. It’s filled with folders and samples. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever. Barakhamba is a busy place to work. We see the metro commuters every day. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the dentists get what they ordered. Sometimes shipments get delayed, and we have to explain that. It’s just part of the job. Our small team knows each other well. We share lunches and complain about the heat. It’s a real office with real problems. We don’t do big presentations. If someone needs a product, they call us. We check the shelf and send it out. Simple as that. No frills. We have some regular customers who have been buying from us since we first opened these rooms. It’s steady work and we like the routine. We watch the cars down below.
