Being located in IP Extension means we are right in the heart of a very busy residential area in New Delhi. Our setup in Paradise Apartment at Plot No 40 might seem a bit different if you are used to big sprawling campuses with fields. We manage everything from these rooms, and it gets quite lively when the halls are full of people. The sounds of the city are always there in the background, mixed with the chatter of the staff and visitors. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. We have a lot of books and supplies stacked in the corners because space is always something we are thinking about. Being in B 1 504 means we see the same neighbors every day. The security guards at the gate know us well by now. We spend most of our time planning the day and making sure the schedules are followed. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours when everyone is arriving or leaving at the same time. The elevators are always busy, so we often just take the stairs. It’s a practical way to run things in a city like Delhi where every inch of space matters. We don't have fancy logos on every wall. It’s just a place where work happens and people come to learn or get things sorted out. There is always a lot of tea drinking while we discuss the next week.
