National Victor Public School

We’ve been here in I P Extension for a long time now. Patparganj is a busy place, and our school is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. Every morning the buses roll in and the gates open up for the kids. It gets pretty loud once the classes start, but that's just how it is. We spend most of our day making sure the classrooms are ready and the hallways are kept somewhat clear. The sun hits the front of the building quite hard in the afternoons. Sometimes the traffic outside near the extension makes it hard for parents to park, so we’re always telling people to hurry along. We don't have fancy stuff, just desks, blackboards, and a lot of books. Some of the teachers have been working here since they were young. We know most of the families around here by name. When it rains, the ground gets a bit muddy, but we just deal with it and keep the lessons going. It’s a lot of work looking after so many students, but the routine keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure everyone shows up on time. The chai stall down the street is where some of us go after the final bell rings. It’s just a normal school doing what schools do in this part of Delhi. We aren't trying to be anything other than a place for kids to learn.
