Up in Narela at the DSIDC Industrial Park, that’s where we are at H-1361. It’s quite a distance from the main parts of Delhi, and the drive out here can be long. The industrial park is massive. Our unit is one of many in a long row of similar-looking buildings. We do global exports, so we are often dealing with large quantities of goods. The space is mostly dedicated to storage and packing. We have a small area cleared out for the desks and the computers where the office work gets done. It’s usually quite hot during the summer months, and the fans never seem to do enough. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and a couple of us who manage the documents. It’s a lot of manual work combined with making sure the customs papers are right. We don't have a fancy sign or anything. Most people find us because they know where the building is. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten together around a big table. There’s not much to do around here except work, so that’s what we focus on. The days are long, but we get the orders out. It’s a practical setup for the kind of export business we run. We just keep our heads down and handle the shipments as they come in.
