Actuation Enterprises India is based out of Shop No P/137 in the Pillanji area of Sarojini Nagar. Most people around here know the landmark Indra Niketan, which is quite close to us. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. We mostly deal with mechanical parts and stuff for actuation. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find boxes stacked high and a bit of dust on the shelves. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The morning usually starts with opening up the shutters and seeing who’s already waiting nearby. Sarojini Nagar is always moving, so there’s never a dull moment outside the door. We aren't corporate people with suits and ties. We wear what’s comfortable for moving boxes and working with metal parts. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, or the heat in the summer makes it tough to stay inside all day. We just deal with it. People come to us because they know we have a specific range of items they can’t just find anywhere. It’s a simple business. We don’t have a website that’s updated every day or a fancy receptionist. It’s just us in the shop, helping out whoever walks in with a part they need to replace. We try to be helpful, but we aren't here to give sales pitches. We just sell the parts people ask for. That is our daily routine in Pillanji.
