Nanki Public School

Nanki Public School is right in the middle of the action at 48 and 49, Central Market in Dakshinpuri. Being in a market area means it’s always lively and there is plenty of noise from the shops and people nearby. It’s not the quietest place, but it’s very convenient for the families who live and work right here. The school building is simple and fits right into the street. We have a few floors where we hold our classes. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when all the kids are arriving at once. We don't have a big fancy entrance or a sprawling garden. We try to use the space we have well. The teachers here are very practical. They know the kids and their parents by name. It’s a very close-knit sort of place. We spend our days teaching the basics and making sure the children are following their lessons. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical city problems like power cuts or loud traffic outside, but we just keep going. We don’t pretend to be a high-end academy. We are a local school for local people. It’s honest work and we take it seriously, even if the building looks a bit worn around the edges. We’ve been here a long time and the school runs smoothly despite the busy surroundings. We plan to stay here for a long time.
