Namdhari Saw & Engg. Works

We have been running our workshop at B-234 in Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-I for a long time now. It’s a busy part of Delhi and the noise from the street never really stops. We mostly deal with saw blades and general engineering tasks that come our way. My father started this place, and I just took over when he couldn't do the heavy lifting anymore. The shop isn't much to look at. We have piles of metal shavings in the corners and old machines that still work better than the new ones. It gets really hot in the summer, so we keep the big front shutters open to get some air moving. People come in looking for specific cuts or maybe to get an old tool fixed up. We don't have a fancy office or a secretary. Usually, I'm the one answering the phone with grease on my hands. We know most of the guys in the other units around here. Sometimes we trade favors or borrow tools from each other. It is an honest living, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We don't do much marketing because we don't really have the time for it. If the work is done right, people come back. The tea stall at the corner is where we spend our breaks. It’s just how we do things here in Naraina. Nothing too complicated, just daily work with metal and saws.
