Murari Sanitary Hardware Paints House is located at B-7 West Jyoti Nagar. We are right on the Main Loni Road, which is always full of dust and the sound of heavy trucks going past. The shop is a bit of a mess because we have so much stuff packed inside. There are stacks of PVC pipes, bags of cement, and rows of paint cans everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you have a nice display; you just come in and tell us what you need. We spend most of our time lifting heavy things or mixing paint for customers. The floor is just plain concrete and it’s usually covered in a bit of white dust from the plaster bags. We don't have any fancy computers or a big staff. It’s just a few of us who know where everything is kept in the back. Loni Road is a busy commercial area, so we get a lot of contractors and local builders stopping by early in the morning. We don't do any online selling or marketing. Most of our customers are people from West Jyoti Nagar who have known us for years. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot and we have to move heavy hardware around. We just keep the shutters open and handle the orders as they come in. It’s a basic, honest shop for people who are building or fixing their homes.
