Easy India Services & Mozaic Rafi

Our office is located in Vasant Vihar, at E-8/15. It’s a quiet residential street with lots of trees around. We started out small, just helping people with different tasks they needed done around their homes or offices. Vasant Vihar is a nice area, but people here are often very busy and need a hand with logistics or managing things. We don't have a massive staff. It's just a few of us who know the neighborhood well. Our office is quite basic, just a few desks and a phone that rings more often than you’d think. We deal with various service requests, trying to connect people with what they need. Sometimes it’s straightforward, other times it takes a bit of coordination. We aren't a big corporation with fancy slogans. We just talk to people and see how we can help them out. The name Mozaic Rafi is part of who we are, representing a mix of different things we do. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Most of our clients are people who live right here in the colony or nearby in South Delhi. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, someone just mentions our name to a neighbor, and that’s how we get our work. It’s a steady way to do things. We keep things simple and try to stay organized. There's always some paperwork to catch up on, but we manage.
