Mount St. Mary'S School

Down on Parade Road in Delhi Cantt, you’ll find us at number 75. It’s a bit of a different vibe compared to the busy markets of central Delhi. There are more trees around here and it feels a bit more open. The school building is an old one, with thick walls and high ceilings that keep things a little cooler when the sun is beating down. We have been part of this community for a long time now. You see the same buses making the same rounds every morning. It’s not a flashy place. The hallways are long and have that specific smell of floor cleaner and old books. We don't have a corporate office feel here at all. It’s a school through and through. The teachers have their own desks piled high with papers, and the playground is where most of the noise happens during the day. We have a lot of space, which is nice, but it takes a lot of effort to keep it all tidy. The wind blows through the trees along Parade Road and you can hear the birds most mornings before the kids arrive. We just focus on the day-to-day things, like making sure the bells ring on time and that everyone knows where they are supposed to be. It’s a practical, honest place where we just get on with the business of running a school without any unnecessary polish or fancy talk.
