Motivation Ias

Motivation Ias is located right at number 93 in New Rajinder Nagar. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all the time. Our building is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. We don't have a fancy entrance or a receptionist in a suit. It is just a workspace where we get things done. The rooms are filled with desks and books and a lot of notebooks. We don't have any corporate posters about being the best. We just work hard and expect the same from everyone who comes in. It gets a bit crowded during the peak hours, and the air conditioning sometimes struggles with the Delhi heat, but we just keep going. We don't use marketing language because we think it sounds fake. We just talk like normal people. If the tea is cold, we complain about it. If the work is hard, we say so. It is an honest environment without any polish. We are just a group of people in New Rajinder Nagar who have a job to do. We spend our days reading, writing, and talking about the work at hand. There isn't much more to it than that. We don't have a mission, we just have a daily schedule that we try to stick to.
