Eastern Exports Delhi is based at 71/1b Industrial Area Najafgarh Road, not far from the Moti Nagar Police Station. Being in an industrial area means we are surrounded by factories and workshops, so it’s always loud with the sound of machinery and trucks. Our place is more of a functional unit where we process exports and handle the heavy lifting. We don't have a fancy front office for visitors. Most of our work happens in the back or over the phone with shipping companies. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We handle a variety of goods and make sure they meet the requirements for going overseas. Sometimes the roads around Najafgarh get blocked up, which makes it a struggle to get the containers out on time, but we’ve learned to plan for that. We aren't a big-name brand, just a local business trying to do things right. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain how the shipping works and what the costs are going to be. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from packing boxes to filing the customs forms. It’s a lot of hard work and the days can be long, but we’ve built a steady rhythm here over the years. We just keep focusing on getting the next shipment ready.
