Mother Pride School

Mother Pride School is tucked away at H-45 in Chanakayapuri Colony. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Shiv Mandir. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the temple is. The colony itself is a residential area, so it’s mostly just families and small shops around here. Our school building has two floors and a flat roof where we sometimes go if the weather is cool. The classrooms are filled with wooden benches that have seen a lot of students over the years. We have a small office at the front where the principal sits, but the door is usually open. There is a lot of chatter during the recess when the kids are out in the small courtyard. We have a few trees that provide shade, which is lucky during the hotter months. The Shiv Mandir bells ring in the morning and evening, and it gives the whole place a calm feeling. We don't have a big canteen, so everyone brings their own tiffin from home. The teachers share their food in the small staff room. It’s a simple setup without any bells or whistles. We focus on getting through the books and making sure the kids behave themselves. It’s just a regular part of life here in Chanakayapuri, and we like the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood.
