Mohd Faisal

Our place is at H-18/5 on Muradi Road in New Delhi. It is a very busy spot and things are always moving fast outside. Mohd Faisal is the one who runs the show here. It’s not a big corporate office with fancy furniture. We just have a small room where we get the work done. The street outside is usually crowded with people and rickshaws, so it gets quite noisy during the day. We have been here for a good while now and everyone around knows us. I usually handle the daily tasks myself and I have a helper who comes in the afternoons. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most people just look for the house number on Muradi Road. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside until it comes back. That is just how it is in this part of Delhi. We don't have a website or a marketing person. If you need something, you just walk in or call. We just do what people ask for without making things complicated. The workspace is a bit cramped because we have a lot of stuff piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't have any grand plans to expand or move to a bigger place. This spot works for us and the neighbors are nice. It feels like home even when we are working here.
