Merlinhawk Associates Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Naraina Industrial Area, specifically in Phase-II at B-47. Being in an industrial area means the vibe is very much about getting things done. There’s always the sound of trucks or machinery somewhere in the distance. Our office reflects that same practical energy. We don’t have much in the way of soft carpeting or decorative plants. It’s more about desks, computers, and whatever technical equipment we’re using at the moment. We’ve been in Phase-II for quite some time, so we’re used to the way things work around here. The morning commute into Naraina can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but once we’re at B-47, we just settle into the daily routine. We focus heavily on the associate work and technical projects that fill our schedule. It’s not a place where you’ll find people in expensive suits. Most of us are just in regular clothes, concentrating on the details of our projects. We don’t really do marketing or sales pitches in here; we just let the work speak for itself. It’s a very grounded environment. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about regular stuff, then get back to the tasks at hand. It’s a solid, reliable way to spend the work week, and we wouldn't have it any other way. There’s no pretense, just hard work and a focus on getting the little details right.
