Megha Rajiv Pattani

Our place is on the second floor over at Sansad Marg, Para Side, in Ramesh Nagar. Specifically, it's 7/201. Getting up the stairs can be a bit of a workout, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a busy building with a lot of different things going on. Megha and Rajiv started this together, and we’ve just been doing our thing ever since. The space isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. We have a few desks and some storage for all our files. Most of our work is done right here at these tables. We don't have any big corporate policies or a human resources department. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it and fix it. The view from the window looks out over the street, so we get to see the daily bustle of Ramesh Nagar. It’s a good location for us because it’s central. We usually have some snacks in the drawer for those long afternoons when the work piles up. We don't really do anything fancy to attract attention; we just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere where everyone knows their role. We’ve been here for quite some time and don't plan on moving. It's just a regular office where we try to stay on top of things every day.
