We’re based out of Rz-74 in East Sagar Pur, right on Palam Road. One of the easiest ways to find us is to look for the PNB ATM that’s right next door. Being on Palam Road means we deal with a lot of noise from the passing buses and cars, but it also means we are easy to reach. Our setup is pretty basic because most of our work happens over the phone. We have rows of desks where the staff sits, and there’s always the sound of people talking in the background. It can get pretty loud during the peak hours of the afternoon. We have a small storage area in the back for the products we’re currently handling. It’s not a very big building, and we’ve had to get creative with how we use the space we have. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a grand entrance. It’s just a place where we come to work and get things done. Most of us have been working here for a while, so it feels a bit like a second home. We share tea and snacks during the breaks and talk about the calls we’ve had that day. The area around us is quite busy with other small shops and residences, so there’s always a lot of life on the street. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks without making much of a fuss. We're just here on Palam Road doing what we do every day.
