Our office is tucked away in Sector 6 of R K Puram, over at Vasant Palace, number 52. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, it is just a regular workplace where we manage the service calls. Most of the morning is spent looking at the schedule and figuring out which technician is going where. We deal with a lot of water systems because the water around here is not always the best. People call us when their machines start acting up or when it is time for a routine check. We keep a lot of filters and spare parts on the shelves. It is a busy little spot, and sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the whole crew is in at once. We do not spend much on fancy furniture or decorations. Most of our tools are older but they still work perfectly fine. The traffic in R K Puram can be a real headache, so we try to plan our routes carefully. It is not always easy keeping everyone happy, especially when a repair takes longer than we thought. We just take it one day at a time. The tea stall nearby gets a lot of our business during the afternoon break. We have been in this sector for years and we have seen shops come and go, but we are still here doing our thing. It is just about getting the job done properly.
