Down in Shyam Nagar, New Delhi, specifically at B 70, you’ll find us. It’s a bit of a crowded area like most parts of the city, and the street can get pretty jammed with cars and delivery scooters during the day. Our place isn't the giant corporate headquarters you might expect when you hear the name Mc Donalds. It’s more of a local branch or office that handles things on a smaller, more practical level. The front door is usually open to let some air in, and you can hear the sounds of the street constantly. We have a few benches for people to wait on and a counter where we talk to customers or whoever has business with us. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers and boxes piled up, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive lighting. We’d rather just focus on getting the day's work out of the way. The staff here are just regular people from around Delhi who take the bus or ride their bikes to get to work. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything. We just show up, do the tasks that are waiting for us, and try to make sure we don't make any big mistakes. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to suit this part of Shyam Nagar just fine. We've been at this B 70 spot for a while now.
