Mathihalli Estate

Mathihalli Estate is located at U 26 in Phase Ii of Sharma Colony. This is over in Budh Vihar, Delhi. It’s a residential-feeling area but we do our business here every day. We have been in this spot for several years now and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The office is part of the building where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s not a huge estate office like you might see in a movie or a big city center. It’s just us and our paperwork and a few filing cabinets. Budh Vihar is a busy place with lots of narrow lanes and people moving about. You really have to know your way around the colony to find us at U 26. We handle things related to the estate and it keeps us occupied from morning till night. We don't have a big staff with fancy titles. It's just a few of us who know the ropes and how things work around here. We have old desks and chairs that have been in the office since we first started. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask a question. It feels like a small village tucked away in the middle of the big city. We don't do much advertising or marketing. People just find out about Mathihalli Estate through word of mouth from their friends. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the typical street noise outside.
