Masstek Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is located right in Lodhi Colony, at 19/974. If you know Delhi, you know Lodhi Colony has those big wide roads and all the government quarters around. It’s a pretty iconic part of the city with all the street art nearby. Our office is in one of the older buildings there. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those glass buildings you see in Gurgaon. We do a lot of consulting work, which basically means we spend a lot of time on our laptops and on the phone. The office has that old-school Delhi feel to it, with thick walls and high ceilings. It stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We’ve been here for a while and we like the pace of this neighborhood. It’s a bit calmer than the central markets. We don’t really do any fancy presentations or have a big sales team. Most people who work with us just know where we are and what we do. We usually head out for a walk in the afternoons if it’s not too dusty. There are some good places to grab a bite nearby. It’s just a group of us working together, trying to handle the projects that come our way. We don’t use any corporate jargon or have big meetings about our goals. We just do the work and try to be helpful to those who ask.
