Manjushree Foods is based out of 157- A, right on the top floor. Gali Ganga Ram in Shahdara is a busy little street, and we are tucked right in there. You have to walk up the stairs to find us, which keeps us away from the noise of the street level. Shahdara is always bustling with people moving back and forth, and Gali Ganga Ram is no different. We spend most of our time up here getting things ready. It can get a bit hot during the summer months, being on the top floor, but we’ve got fans and we make do. The space is a bit tight, but we’ve organized it so everything has its own corner. We don’t really have a big storefront to show off. Most people who come here already know what they’re looking for. Manjushree Foods is a small operation, just a few of us working together. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don’t use any complicated systems. It’s mostly just hard work and paying attention to what we’re making. Sometimes the neighbors from the lower floors pop in to say hello. It’s that kind of place. We’ve been in Shahdara for a long time now. It feels like home. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
